The secret to connecting with your teen is coaching. Sitting down one on one with a trained life coach and looking at every angle of your relationship. As a Life Coach, I don’t provide therapy or counseling… and you probably don’t need that. What you do need is a coach. I will help you go from strained relationships to real life connected relationships.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Hi friends! My name is Nicole Rasmussen and I am a Certified Life Coach for parents of teens.
I have a degree in Family Science and always wanted to be a Marriage & Family Therapist, but just about the time I was headed back for my Master’s Degree a friend introduced me to the world of Life Coaching. It did not take long for me to recognize the value of this great work and I cannot wait to share the tools with you.
I have been married to my handsome husband for 22 years., and together we have 6 wonderful (and normal) children, ages 20-8 (3 of which are teenagers.) So I am in the teenage trenches right along with you. So much fun! Sometimes I succeed and all the time, I learn.
YOU CAN DO IT
The truly amazing thing about all of this is it only takes 1 person to begin this change, and that person is YOU. There is no better time than now and no better person than you. Time to sweep away the frustration and start building and nurturing a relationship that feels good. This is a real life kind of relationship.
